1. Sign Up:

Get in touch via the form below or via our Contact Page to express your interest in joining the Vanmate Referral Scheme. In the message, please mention "Referral Scheme".

2. Get Your Code:

We will send you a unique referral code and link that tracks purchases against your referrals.

3. Share & Earn:

Spread the word! Share your code and link with friends, family, colleagues, and anyone else you know who owns a van.

When someone uses your code: They get 10% off their order and you earn 10% of their order value.

4. Monthly Payouts:

We track all your successful referrals on a monthly basis. At the end of each month, we send your earnings via bank transfer for the previous month (once the return period has passed).

Terms & Conditions

  1. The referral discount can be used on any products on our site and applies to the full order value.
  2. Only one referral discount code per order and only once per customer. Referrers must be approved by Vanmate before receiving a referral code.
  3. Referrals must be new customers who have not previously purchased from our website. Self-referrals are not permitted (referrers cannot use their own code for purchases).
  4. Referral orders must be made using the unique discount code and/or link provided by the referrer.
  5. Referral rewards are only eligible for orders placed on our website and are not applicable to any other platform or third-party retailer.
  6. Rewards will be paid out on a monthly basis via bank transfer to your designated bank account. Payouts will be at the end of the following month.
  7. We reserve the right to modify or cancel the referral scheme at any time without notice.
  8. We reserve the right to deny rewards for any referrals that we suspect of fraudulent or unethical activity.
  9. Any referral accounts flagged for suspicious activity may be investigated and suspended. Vanmate reserves the right to withhold or revoke rewards if fraudulent activity is detected.
  10. Scheme available to existing customers only.
  11. If an order is returned or refunded, the referrer will not receive a payout for that sale. If a payout has already been made for a refunded order, Vanmate reserves the right to deduct future payments.
  12. Referrers must provide accurate and valid banking details before payments are processed. Vanmate is not responsible for failed or delayed payments due to incorrect banking details.
  13. Any disputes regarding referral payouts must be reported within 30 days of the payout date.
  14. Referral codes can be combined with other offers.
  15. Terms and conditions for the Vanmate referral scheme might be edited or adjusted.
  16. By participating in our referral scheme, you agree to these terms and conditions.
