Hi we have received all the items but for some reason the alarm is going off in the middle of the night without any of the van doors being opened. The van is parked up on the drive no sign of any entry. Have you had this issue before as its happening on 2 of our vans.

Suggestion : for the interior of most rear van installations..
To get a total interior scan patten , the units got to go top left hand corner ( looking down on both doors )
There needs to be a variant with twin locked together scanners ? So being up high and in the corner it has the ability to sense both side & back doors at the same time ..?

The alarm is not loud enough when the unit is fitted to the inside of the van

Great little deterrent, not as loud as advertised gotta say , ive got workshop alarms that have the advertised db and they hurt your ears. But nevertheless it would still unsettle thieves . Couldn’t be easier to fit and value for money

bought this alarm to fit inside the campervan for added security small in size and easy to fit the alarm is very loud
Living in my campervan full time it’s not only my transport and my home but contains all my worldly possesions . The vanmate alarm ( along with other multi layered security devices) gives me peace of mind when I’m both away from the van and at night when I’m in it. Easy to install . Easy to arm and disarm and very loud when I forget to!

Really good product extremely loud and very sensitive, I bought two , the only problem that I've had is trying to get the 2 alarms to synchronise with one fob , so I have to 2 fobs on my keyring, but other than that I ha e no complaints.
Brilliant these are, I bought one for my van and liked it that much I got another for my garden bar.
